1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and offer refunds for both defective and change-of-mind purchases, as long as the following conditions are met:
The item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with any included accessories or tags.
The item is not a non-returnable item, such as:
Personalized or custom-made pillows or signs
Clearance or final sale items
Proof of purchase (like your order number or receipt) is provided.
2. Return Timeframe
You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
For orders received damaged or defective, we extend the return window to 30 days from the delivery date.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or refund request, please follow these steps:

Approval & Instructions: Our support team will review your request and send return instructions if your item is eligible.
Send the Item Back:
By Mail: We’ll email you a return label. Please securely pack your item and drop it off at your nearest post office.
Drop-off Location: (If applicable) You may return the item to our local return point at 3161 Sunridge Heights Pkwy Unit 1218, Henderson, NV 89052, USA.
Be sure the item is packaged well to avoid damage in transit.
4. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
6. Exchange Policy
As our pillows and metal signs are often made-to-order, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
